ABOUT THE CAMP:

Camp Maestral Camping is located in Viganj on the Peljesac peninsula. Family camp with the capacity of 100 persons, taking up almost 10 000 m². Our camp is situated in the immediate vicinity of the sea and beach and some hundred meters from the main Viganj promontory, called Ponta. It is located in the tourist part of the settlement of Viganj, accommodating all camps in Viganj. The camp has its own café-bar and fast food, with the nearest restaurant and beach bar being only a hundred meters away, ensuring peace and quiet in the camp proper.

The closest store is some five hundred meters away, in the center of the settlement. Since the camp was opened for business in 2003, it has new modern sanitary facilities and water and electricity connections. Before the opening of season of 2004, the entire camp was planted with fully-grown trees. Storage facility for sails and boards is currently being constructed by the beach, ensuring that starting from the season of 2009, windsurfing lovers won’t have to worry about where to leave their equipment. We are trying to offer something new to our visitors every year and the camp gets an addition every season. Last year, our guests were provided with wireless Internet access.

ABOUT VIGANJ:

Viganj is located 8 km west of Orebic, in a large bay north of St. Liberan cape, at the edge of the fertile flysch zone adn is recognizeable for visible remains of long maritime tradition. Turned towards the sun, Viganj is in one beautiful Mediterranean garden, rich in flowers and vegetation that have been brought by mariners from their journeys to their loved ones as presents.
